Membership is the door into the Private Line.
Your standing gives you a private place with Rob, a monthly reserve to use toward readings and live sessions, and access to member messages for the situations you are actively moving through.
The higher your standing, the more priority your work carries, the larger your monthly reserve, and the more closely Rob can keep watch on the full picture.

When something is in motion — a relationship, a crossroads, a power struggle, a decision, or a question you cannot shake — you bring it here.
You can use your reserve for written readings or live sessions.
A written reading is one question taken seriously and answered fully by Rob.
A live session is private time on the calendar, from fifteen to sixty minutes, for the work that needs conversation, nuance, or immediate attention.

You stay in contact
Between readings and sessions, member messages keep the thread alive.
Messages are for continuity on active situations: a follow-up, a new development, a clarification, or a quiet check-in.
They are not an unlimited open channel. They are part of the ongoing relationship, so Rob can respond with context instead of starting cold.
Rob's replies are always included. Higher standing gives you more room for ongoing contact.

Your Records keep the history of your work in one place, so nothing is lost between visits.
Over time, the relationship compounds. Rob is not starting from scratch, and neither are you.

A note on your reserve
Your reserve is the value included with your standing each month.
It is what readings and sessions draw from. You can also add more when a season requires extra work. Credits expire 90 days from purchase unless the product page specifies otherwise.
