1. Who this is for
In Confidence is offered to adults (18+) seeking private spiritual strategy on love and personal dynamics. By creating an account or making a purchase you confirm you are of age and entering this agreement of your own free will.
2. What this is — and what it isn't
Responses are offered for reflection, perspective, and decision support. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for licensed professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your region.
3. How it works
Readings — written or live — are paid directly, in dollars. A Written Reading is one focused question and one return from Rob in your chosen timing, and comes with standing. A Live Reading is fifteen, thirty, or forty-five minutes on the calendar. Your Reserve funds the Workings Rob prescribes, at a scope you confirm before anything is charged. Messages never draw credits: with standing they are open at any time; without it they open alongside a Working in motion. In Confidence is not live chat or crisis support.
4. Credits & expiry
Credits expire 90 days after they are added; your Standing page shows each date. Expired credits are forfeited. Standing includes Reserve that is issued after each successful membership payment. A membership's initial term is three consecutive monthly billing cycles; after that it continues month to month.
5. Refunds
A Written Reading is refundable until Rob begins it. A Live Reading is refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before its start. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Your conduct
You agree to write your reading requests truthfully and to use the channel for personal reflection only. Submissions threatening harm to yourself or others, demanding information about third parties without consent, or attempting to extract advice we do not offer, may be declined and the payment or credit returned at our sole discretion.
7. Privacy
Your submissions are read only by the practitioner and any narrowly-scoped assistant required to deliver service. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the channel, or attempt fraudulent payment.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced via email and posted here with an updated date.
