Refund Policy
Written Readings
A Written Reading is refundable in full until Rob begins it. Once the reading is under way or delivered, the work is complete and the payment is non-refundable.
Live Readings
A Live Reading cancelled at least 24 hours before its start is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or after a missed session, the payment is kept. Rescheduling keeps the payment with the new time.
Expired credits
Credits expire 90 days after they are added; your Standing page shows each date. Expired credits are not refundable. We will, in good faith, consider one-time exceptions for unusual circumstances.
Memberships
A membership's initial term is three consecutive monthly billing cycles. You may schedule cancellation at any time from Standing; during the initial term it takes effect after the third paid cycle, and after that at the end of the current paid cycle. Delivered work and used credits remain non-refundable.
Duplicate or accidental charges
We refund duplicate or accidental purchases as quickly as our payment processor allows. Email support@babeoflilith.com from the address on the order and we'll sort it.
Disputes
We prefer to resolve everything in writing. Before opening a payment dispute with your bank, please contact us first — it's almost always faster.
